Educational service
Hana's Little Garden provides self-guided Japanese-language learning tools. Translations, readings, example phrases, quizzes, and pronunciation assessments are educational aids and may not fit every context. They are not certified translation, academic, legal, medical, or professional advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining password security, and activity performed through your account. Do not share, automate, scrape, disrupt, attack, or misuse the service.
Free and Premium access
Free limits and Premium features are described on the pricing page. Premium subscriptions renew at the displayed billing interval until canceled. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Current billing details, cancellation controls, and receipts are available through Stripe’s customer portal.
Pronunciation fair use
Speech assessment has daily limits to manage service cost, abuse, and availability. Results are estimates produced by automated systems and should not be treated as definitive judgments of accent, identity, fluency, or ability.
Availability and changes
Hikari Apps may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features and may update prices or these terms with reasonable notice where required. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free content.
Original content
The Hana's Little Garden name, original interface, organization, explanations, and Hikari Apps-created materials are protected content. Third-party data and services remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.
Termination and deletion
Hikari Apps may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, attacks, unlawful conduct, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using the service, cancel active Premium billing through the billing portal, and permanently delete the account from Account settings.
